RCS-DTM Designation Requirements:

The Divorce this HouseTM 12 Hours CE class is available to all Tennessee licensed real estate agents. (Application for California DRE credit is pending)

However, the RCS-DTM Designation [Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-DivorceTM] requires the following:

An active real estate license (in good standing), issued by a state real estate commission or other residential real estate licensing authority.

Successful completion of Divorce This HouseTM [the RCS-DTM Designation Course], including 12 hours [two (2) days] of in-class instruction and an 80% or better passing grade on the final exam.

Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®. If not a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®, each candidate must secure (on or before 45 days after completion of the Divorce This HouseTM Course) and thereafter maintain active membership in the National Association of REALTORS® for each renewal period.

Maintain Active Membership in the RCS-DTMAllianceTM. The membership fee is waived for the first year, with annual dues renewal required thereafter of USD$45.00.
